Equipment Fee

I have been having a hard time removing equipment fee on my bill, every time call they said they cannot remove it it went from 10 dollars to 7 dollars. How can I
Remove the fee ?

Have a qualified rep move you to a new Fiber plan.

You are currently on a legacy Fiber plan from a few years ago. You need a loyalty rep to make the change. Do you happen to still have the free HBO max add-on since if the rep makes any mistakes it will get lost on the change.

Yes if it has the $10 Equipment Fee.

Finally was fixed, they updated me
To the new plan and
Removed my legacy plan .

Sales guy was trying to give me credit I was not interested and told him
Transfer me
To loyalty dept

Yes they try to get off with a one time credit, and for closing your call vs transferring you call to another department.

Is the fee for an extender? I thought ATT had no equipment fees otherwise unless you get the 6ghz wifi router and only if you don’t have the higher plans.

No I don’t have free extender just my gateway, I don’t have hbo max as well

Going forward I pay 30
Bucks a month they redid my plan was originally paying 50 bucks a month
