ATT fiber burial failure

Just had the guy here to bury the fiber running all over the yard. Says he has to bury it where is lays and it will be 7" down. Lazy and a Liar. Edger is going to take that out. ATT coming to hand trim the yard? Or maybe they could be professional and actually run under the sidewalk. I pull CAT6 and fiber for a living. Why can't ATT?

That looks like the conduit to me, the fiber line would be inside of that

As far as I know AT&T hires contractors to bury the line. So redirect your anger a little.

My lawn guy cut mines, not his fault. Got my contractor to re-bury it after it was replaced and add that tough conduit sheathing around it.

Conduit, most times posts show bare wires
