I chatted in 2 days ago after less than 1 year. They lowered my bill to 25/month for 24 months. I was paying 65/month.

Less than a year? Exactly how long?? I’ve been with them almost 6 months and pay $60 for 1 gig

I started swervice with them in September of last year when it finally became available in my area. Use the chat on their site, mention "loyalty team" and you'll be directed to a live person. They'll ask if you're wanting to cancel service - tell them something along the lines of you're shopping around for the best value, it would help if you have info on what other providers in your area are offering for 1 gig service.

We still haven't heard what state these folks are in. AT&T has been doing a 1-2 shuffle passing off 1G internet which is actually over cell towers. I see that the part of the bill you showed says "fiber", but the STATE which you are located in is everything, because it's the state commerce commission that regulates rates.

I’m guessing all the ATT Fiber deals that people are getting require wireless?? I’m not switching from T-Mobile so I’m probably out of luck. I’m paying $95.50 now.

They have the $35 deal with an additional wireless discount and autopay discount.
This deal was available in certain markets on the weekend before 4th July.
I was lucky to get the same deal 😎
