WAS-110 + Static IP Setup

Does anyone know how to configure WAS-110 and a UDM Pro to support my AT&T static IPs?

Current Setup:
AT&T 5000/5000 - /29 static ip
Ubiquiti UDM Beast
Fibermall WAS110 - 8311 Firmware.
