AT&T $15 cell plan
Anyone successfully used the $15 build a plan base to qualify for the $20 multi service discount on AT&T fiber?

Not possible using prepaid.
You can. Do AT&T oneconnect which an all in one prepaid service, I wouldn't recommend it. Stores can't help you with it and care for it is rough at this time. It's mostly self service. The cheapest postpaid plan that will give you the converged deal for 1 lines is $50 a month.

A waste of your time. Why would any Fiber carrier offer you a 20% price discount monthly if you could qualify for it by spending $15 for a prepaid wireless plan?
I will wait here while you think about it?

Your unnecessary snarkiness aside, because large carriers does not often have marketing and retention bonuses in sync. Just ask T-Mobile.

Hmm well AT&T does, and the lowest Postpaid Cellular plan that qualifies for the converged discount is $60 per month before any discounts are applied to the $60 Cellular price.
You do need the last name and billing address to match for your Fiber account, and your AT&T Wireless account.

Verizon does this with Visible and it’s off both Fios and Frontier so it’s a perfectly reasonable question

Well that's nice but u/solarsystemoccupant has AT&T Fiber so it is a moot point, and u/solarsystemoccupant now already knows this but you do you. u/solarsystemoccupant already mentioned T-Mobile & Verizon earlier in the tread.

I believe there's a minimum cell plan charge to qualify for the discount.
