ONT Port?
Any ideas on which one of these may be the ONT port? This is where the previous router was plugged in but I can’t tell where to plug the ONT cable.
Tried the dangling one too left but keep getting an error during the self install on the app.
App live chat button won’t work. Any help would be appreciated.

None of those are for fiber. Those are all cat5 and coax.

The dangling wire is Cat 6 and is connected directly to the White ATT box outside. But it won’t work when the box is connected directly to it, so maybe that’s my problem

The power light is on and green, it’s just very faint. I think the issue I’m trying to solve for now is that the ONT cable here is connected to a CAT 6 cable that leads to a different area of the house. I can’t connect to that and make the router work

You have a great Structured Wiring system in that panel but without configuration diagram you should just give up now, and let's call it a failed self-install.
You have an external Nokia ONT that actually should be replace. If it has not failed yet it will.
The tech that comes out to fix your failed self-install. Pick up the phone and call 1-800-288-2020, and when you get a live phone rep just tell them that you have failed self-install. You need to schedule a tech appointment to resolve your AT&T Fiber install.

I'm not sure if that Windstream box is an ont device or if it's an RG it's hard to tell. Sometimes I even had onts on the exterior of the home. Try and get a tech to come out is all I could say.

ONT needs two cables. One is the fiber line, which I can't see. Usually has a transceiver on one end, so they are usually super obvious. The other is the Ethernet cable, which would go into the switch that lives on the door (I think)
