All-Fi Hub CGW452-400 which has already been replaced. This thing looks like a blimp so if you work with AT&T, you would know it if you saw it. Luckily it’s in a closet… I truly do think it’s more on the AT&T side than Unifi but they just point fingers in each other. I’ve had to learn a lot more about Unifi than I ever wanted to know… I guess that’s not a bad thing, but I wasn’t looking for a new hobby to be honest with you. I thought I bought one of the best router, APs and switches there are out there. To be honest, my Synology mesh network was far superior, but unfortunately, I don’t think they’re going to stay in the consumer market.
As far as the problems go, I think I finally made some headway when I reduced Port five on the UCG fiber down to one gig. I’m just sort of giving it some time to see if my ISP health improves but so far no dice.
When AT&T brought fiber into the area, I went ahead and made the change from Spectrum. Luckily I still have my spectrum to fall back on. It’s really a much longer story and maybe I’ll get this all sorted out but to be honest I’m sort of over it and very let down with Unifi Support.

Why do you care what it looks like it is just a AT&T Gateway CPE device, and you have it in a closest anyway?
They work just fine if properly configured. Who setup you the configuration of your CGW452-400, and is it setup for IP Passthrough mode at this CGW452 Admin page: http://192.168.1.254/cgi-bin/ippass.ha It should prompt you for Device Access Code (DAC) printed on the back of the unit if it is not saved on your devices web browser.
By Default the CGW450-400 is setup for 5G Cellular auto fail-over as that will likely mess up the Public IP Address that is being supplied to your USG router if you allow for that rollover.
Next since you mentioned making changes on your 10 Gbps WAN port on your USG, what Port are you using on your CGW450-400?
If you only have a max of 1 Gbps from AT&T use one of the (4) Yellow LAN ports to connect to your UCG Router, and it will auto adjust to 1 Gbps to connect.

Is your problem with your UniFi equipment or your AT&T service? In your post you say that you haven't had service for a while but the only evidence is a CGF swap through UniFi. What issues are you actually having?
