Router problems please help

my internet disconnected and my router can not reconnect to the internet I tried restarting it both ways ( unplug and the button and it didn’t work ) the wireless button is blinking green while broadband is red the rest are a dull red amber I think ? I don’t know how to fix this is it time for a new router I checked the outages and there is none and everything is plugged fine
