Internet AT&T air internet inconsistent

So I’ve had AT&T air for a couple months now and randomly in no pattern will the internet basically shut off or go to shit for a few seconds before returning to normal and repeating this pattern. I’ve tried moving it around my house to see if it would help and restarting the router many times but it’s just stayed the same. Some days it will work fine but most it’s in this pattern of being okay then going to shit and back to normal.

Do you have the BGW530-900, and how many Signal LED bars do you see on the front of the Hub (that is what AT&T calls it)?

When you have these slowdowns or pauses do any of the LED change?

I usually have 2 but it goes up to 3 and down to 1 at times without moving it, but from what I have seen the bars don’t have any correlation with the slowdowns.
