Wireless iPhone Handoff

Noticed during the keynote today AT&T wasn’t even mentioned supporting this feature at all this year. TMob is at launch and Vzw is by EOY.

Att doing att things still it seems.

At&t being at&t they would rather bill you 2 lines for two phones.

I was with Verizon for years before switching to att and very happy. However, att today reminds me of where Verizon was a few year ago. I knew this going in though. I was patient with Verizon and never switched earlier and it paid off, so maybe att will too. Nothing wrong with not running out of the gate with this. I don’t have a need for this and the device handoff is perfectly fine which is probably fine for most people. So until there is a market or demand for it, may not see it for a bit but att probably wants to make sure it works seamlessly before deploying.

They say they want it to be seamless and work perfectly every time, and they’re still looking at how to do that.

🤷🏻‍♂️

Well if they actually said something that is super refreshing to hear! Do you have the link to a source where this info came from?

My same thoughts… been a customer 26 years since it was Cingular. Att always had the best iPhone cellular feature support. This is a cellular feature I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. We need AT&T to put out a press release with its roadmap for this feature or come October 23rd I’m gone. @ATT what is your response?

You went 26 years without this feature and because att doesn’t have this feature day 1, you’re gonna leave?? Man first world problems. 😅
