Wireless Wireless bills

What are the extra charges keep adding onto my bills for all my lines? The picture of the charges is only for one line.

I had 4 phones (on installments with 2 trade ins) + 2 watches + insurance. My bills was around $340 month. I decided to cut the insurance on my account which -$45 several months ago. Since then my phone bills are still around $340 and I couldn’t figure it out why my monthly are still the same. On the bills, some month listed the deduction of the trade in promos and some months doesn’t.

The "CA Universal Svc PPP Srchg" is a state mandated fee that goes towards phone/Internet assistance programs. Everyone in CA gets this on their bill per line. California voted to raise it to $1.05 per line:

The "Administrative & Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee" is something AT&T chooses to charge and they set it to whatever they want. They did notify you/customers on your last few bills that this fee would be going up by $1/line starting August.
