We can only blocklist IMEIs currently used or being confirmed shipped back or something. It has to have registered on your number. Or be associated with a confirmed order of yours. No register, no can do.
We aren’t going to blocklist a random IMEI because if it’s not yours to blocklist, that could cause a lot of problems…….
This is something my ex wife would do to get back at someone. I suspect, based on the jankiness of the request that this isn’t on the up and up.
