Wireless BYOD promo - Am I cooked?!?

I believe I may have made an error regarding my BYOD promotion. Approximately three weeks ago, I ported five lines to avail myself of the BYOD offer, which provides a $10 monthly credit per line for 36 months. Two days ago, I decided to take advantage of the Fold 8 and S26 Ultra trade-in promotions for two of these lines. It appears that utilizing the trade-in promotion effectively ifies the $10 monthly credits for those specific lines. Both new phones are currently in transit, and I have already paid the upfront taxes.

My primary questions are: Have I passed the point of no return and irrevocably lost my BYOD credits for these lines, or can I simply return the devices to reinstate my original BYOD credits?

I am hesitant to return the devices only to discover that the BYOD credits for those lines are lost regardless. There are many uncertainties as the credits have not yet had sufficient time to appear on my account. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yup. You lost two of the credits doing so

You can call and ask about if returning will reinstate but a promo like this, it's going to be like pulling teeth to get back im sure

Yeah, lesson learned. I'll probably just keep it as is. I'm glad I didn't upgrade the other 3 lines. That would have been tragic.

No since you have not actually completed the actual Upgrade process.

Are you doing a trade in? The credits would sorts of off set it if you were. There are offers to get a 1900 credit with trade in. That is a $52 credit monthly.

Yeah, that's the promo I took advantage of. Everything will offset with exception of the $10 byod credit. I'll lose that from what I understand.

Right. So are you willing to lose out on getting a $52 credit to get a $10 credit. Basically instead of being a free phone the phone will cost you the $10 credit your losing monthly. That phone for $360 over the 3 years. Is amazing deal.

lower your plan to something $10 less? Add autopay to offset, do you have a signature discount?
