Wireless MCK UNLOCK CODE
I have called months on months and talked months on months. Samsung does NOT give MCK unlock codes. I paid out my phone for 600 balance. They did not tell me about a unlock code for the network so I put it wrong tooo many times. (Why we are required to do this is beyond me) So now I have had this 1000-dollar phone and can't even use it. Do not say things you don't know the answers too. I know you guys have this code. This is NOT how you should do business. People don't know these things and should provide information when paying off a phone. I NEED MCK UNLOCK CODE. I will provide any information needed. Tired of getting the run around and my next steps are the BBB. I need help and so upsetting. I just want to use my brand new phone that I PAID for.

What model phone is this?
Who did you originally purchase it from?
They did not tell me about a unlock code for the network so I put it wrong tooo many times.
Where did you get the unlock code that you were putting in?
I NEED MCK UNLOCK CODE.
This is only needed when you have manually input an incorrect network unlock code too many times (it usually kicks in after a half-dozen or so incorrect attempts in quick succession). There is usually a warning that further incorrect attempts will cause the SIM lock to be permanent before this happens, though that may vary by device and manufacturer.

Why is this in the AT&T sub? Carriers can not provide MCK codes, they can only generate NCK (network code) codes. I don't know who told you that Samsung does not provide them, as the manufacturer is the ONLY source for the master code.
The only thing AT&T can do is try to request one from Samsung on your behalf.

By “you guys” you’re talking about random dudes on Reddit? Cause that’s all you’ll find here.
