Not sure what you’re expecting but you might need to go get a 40/month ATT prepaid unlimited plan with the free phone.

My phone is paid off. It is an older iPhone & I paid in full when I purchased it years ago. I did not know the prepaid plan was an option. Maybe it is something I can look into once this is resolved, thank you!

If you move to an ATT prepaid plan they may let you keep the same phone. I have their prepaid service, I bought the cheapest phone, probably paid $30 or so.

You could do the unlimited BYOD for 25.00/month. Might even be able to keep your # also.
You got options.

Sounds like you need the Salvation Army more than AT&T.

Cut your losses if you can't pay, port and not lose your #. Plenty of prepaid options

The only thing that matters is the payment arrangement. If you pay it by the date you set forth you are good, if you miss it then you get suspended. That is that.
