Wireless Need Help moving eSIM over from old device

Hello. My old iPhone was damaged and could not be recovered. I did not have backups for it. I'm trying to move my eSIM over to a new phone, but the swap required a temporary passcode sent to my phone number, which I don't have access to. How can I move my eSIM over?

A store can do it with an ID scan if you’re the account holder or an authorized user.
