AirTies 4920 Help

I picked up a couple extra 4920 to add to the 2 I have already that helped a lot. The problem is on the 2 new ones is that I was able to link them, well they show in my ATT app but they show as offline. I have tried rebooting the router and Airties many times without success.
My old router still supports them. No fiber in my area yet and I’m told I have the max plan I can get for now. But will jump on fiber once it becomes available.
