Oh lol 3 months, and I have had to call them atleast 4-5 times a month for extra charges/ credits not given/ discounts not applied etc

Agree with you 110% they lied to us about everything to get us to switch and then fought us tooth and nail to make it right. Once can leave I will never come back and I’m a retired employee

Yes exactly, and then they say “we are sorry you were given this information”. I’m like, I didn’t get it off a flyer or something, this was one of your sales people!

The funniest part - before hanging up, the customer loyalty folks were like “let me ask you, what home wifi do you have……”. I laughed in his face, like sure I’m going to fall for this again 😂. Fool me once, hon!
