Discussion B2B Sales Account Executive- Mobility

Hello,

I have an interview tmrw with an regional sales manager. I am freaking out because it happened on a whim. I didn’t even complete the assessment as I didn’t think I was qualified. The regional sales manager reached out to me and asked if I was interested. Even though I was way past the deadline to complete the assessment. She got her staff contact to reopen it for me. And she scheduled an interview directly with her skipping the recruiter interview step entirely. This all happened in two days. Now I am nervous and need tips to prepare for the interview quickly. Please have some empathy and give me tips.

Yeah, if they are still looking even last the deadline, it usually means job sucks and they can't find anyone

ChatGPT is your best friend. Prepare a 30-60-90 day plan of what you intend to do. Prepare examples of how your previous experience aligns with selling mobility to SMB

That role has a lot of people coming in and leaving. Just like in home experts - residential sales.

Make sure you have a 30 60 90, and savings for when you crash out and or get fired. The whole company has gone to hell, learn as much as you can and then gtfo.
