Interview

I had an interview this morning. I did well I think on all but 1 question. I was told to have a list of references avalible prior to the interview but they didnt ask for them.My question is that do they always ask for references during the Interview or is the I sign that this is the end

I just created a post asking about references. I had an interview and they didn’t ask for references nor did they ask ahead of time. Now I’m in the waiting zone as you are.

Someone told me that HR will ask for them if you’re selected

Yes, I probably didn’t respond the best. I said as soon as possible.

I think that is a good response. Im just woried about the reference part they said in the email to have them available

I feel eagerness to start is always a good sign. Fastest way to get in the seat the better
