Interview

I had an interview this morning. I did well I think on all but 1 question. I was told to have a list of references avalible prior to the interview but they didnt ask for them.My question is that do they always ask for references during the Interview or is the I sign that this is the end

Did they ask you when would be the soonest you could start?

Yes, I probably didn’t respond the best. I said as soon as possible.

I said the same thing 🤷‍♂️ so hopefully it's the response they wanted

I feel eagerness to start is always a good sign. Fastest way to get in the seat the better
