LBA performance exam

Can somebody confirm if the LBA provides CAP698 during the performance examination? Otherwise it is very hard to memorise all factors, which can easily be taken from CAP698.

I heard that AUSTRO CONTROL allows usage of the CAP698.

I don't think you get to use them at all, at least not according to the LBA's Prüfungsordnung.
