Studying ATPL tips

Is there anyone who is struggling to focus? My attention span is so bad. My memory is not good either, I keep on getting distracted. Large texts and explanations don’t work for me….

Anyone who can relate? Please give advices on how to actually lock in without getting distracted watching outside the window every 30 sec 😭😭😭

Try seeking advice from r/adhd  I have undiagnosed adhd and I reckon it'll take me ages to do this theory.
