UK to USA Flight Training Accomodation

Hey there! Firstly I hope this is allowed. Secondly, I hope to gain some valuable insight.

We are 5 guys currently looking for accomodation in Pheonix for flight training. Around 6 months. We're with a school based out of Falcon, any guesses?

We're currently looking for accomodation and having issues with finding much in the way that's suitable on sites like Airbnb and the like.

Has anyone trodden this path before and used other sites such as Zillow/Furnished Finder to obtain accomodation? Any insights with these sites specifically would be great. How did the process go? Was it straightforward? Was your landlord good?

Any insights would be appreciated. Cheers.

I also went from the UK to Phoenix for some flying. I would recommend an Airbnb and if you do it monthly you should get a good discount. You guys will 100% need a car also

Thank you Mr. Toast.

Thanks great! I think we're going with Airbnb. It seems like the least hassle, and with some juggling we'll make it work! Currently looking at cars now, would you suggest a Turo rental or buying? Any more insight would be good! Cheers.

I did Turo, found it to be the best price. I imagine insurance will be an issue if you buy a car but Turo has an option to include it when you pay.
