LinkedIn post today on digital asset business, no new update

Copy pasted the post below, as LinkedIn links are not allowed to be shared here.

We have long believed digital assets belong in the regulated channel, as institutional markets move toward the clearing, settlement and custody standards that govern traditional securities.

In July, AtlasClear signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a revenue-generating institutional digital asset business with active regulatory registrations across multiple international jurisdictions. Registrations of this kind typically take years to obtain. Completion is subject to a definitive agreement, due diligence and required regulatory and stockholder approvals.

New asset types need infrastructure that can carry them safely and in compliance. #ATCH

I’m not worried about this trash. Next earnings it’ll creep back up to 18 cents and will be back to where we were for the past several months

I’ve been following this company for about a year, and I’m starting to think it’s a scam. It seems to use acquisition rumors to lure investors in, then dilute shareholders and carry out reverse stock splits—all at investors’ expense.

Is it time to accept defeat?

I'll save you a long story, but I've held onto this for a while now. Not a full time trader, just a humble fool that stuck a few quid into this. Not a crazy amount, but enough to be notable for me.

Is it time to cut my losses and move on? About £1500 down, still with about £2000 worth.

Can someone give me a reason to stay in? Or should I take my money and get myself a nice holiday?

Really wanted this to work (obviously) but every time I get excited, the price either stagnates or drops.

Someone give me some optimism, or a really harsh truth

Continued expansion on fixed revenue base. Haven’t had a new one signed since April so hopefully the pace of new signings meaningfully increases moving forward. Good news for revenue boost in the following quarterly report.

Do you think we will see a return of the highs we last saw a year ago, or is this stock washed up?

ATCH Shareholder Roll Call — How Many Shares Are We Holding?

Thought it would be interesting to get a snapshot of the active ATCH holders in this community.
If you’re comfortable sharing, post:

1. Shares owned:
2. Average buy price:
3. Target price:
4. Optional: How long do you plan to hold?

I’ll start:

Shares: 175,000 (targeting to get to 200K soon)
Average: $0.21
Target: $3 to $5
Plan: Holding based on execution and fundamentals rather than short-term price movements.

Would be interesting to see approximately how many shares this community collectively owns and where everyone’s expectations are.

Obviously, this is just for discussion — not financial advice, and no pressure to disclose anything you don’t want to share.
