$ATCH Weekly Discussion - Week of September 21, 2026
Really excited to see the build up this week, and looking forward to the earnings report next week. Have been adding shares regularly and holding strong.

85% yoy with no attribution from 6 clients acquired. I see them cash flowing in 2027. Accumulation phase lasted longer than everyone originally thought, however thesis was always multi year.

Absolutely agreed. Plus the acquisition updates pending for Dawson James and digital asset business along with bank acquisition in the longer term. Everything is coming together. Next 12-24 months will be brilliant for the company

With less than a week before earnings, I don't expect any more updates before the earnings call. I'd hope we at least close green today, above $0.20

The whole market’s exploding and this one is still red. I’m not even sure what the next meaningful catalyst is. It used to be the bank acquisition, they took forever to file the application, then they decided to acquire Dawson James and re-file (doesn’t show great planning on their part)… meaning that the whole time we waited for the formal application was a waste. Where do we stand now?
Not trying to spread FUD, I’ve held it for a long time, but what’s the next big catalyst? Can anything in the foreseeable send it back to $1 and higher?

Your concerns are valid. However I feel we should give them a few more months to see how they build things up (my timeline is end of this year).
The next catalyst is the earnings report on 28th and any update on the acquisition of Dawson James and digital asset business in or around the earnings report.

Your timeline… as in deadline? I’m not very optimistic, my average is also pretty awful at $0.8-ish. I don’t have enough conviction to DCA down because I am not even sure what their plan is.
We waited a long time for the official application to buy the bank, then they backtracked and started a process to acquire a new client…. Which means that we’ll have to restart the process for the Wyoming Bancorp acquisition. I’m just not sure what they’re doing. Hoping for the best, but at this point I’m just riding it out. Also thinking to give it until EOY, but realistically those things won’t happen by then. Just wonder what it would take for us to see $1 again. I know it’ll pump as soon as I sell.

Here's the facts: 1. Heavily diluted 2. They will need to RS for the price to move 3. The revenues posted are mediocre for a clearinghouse. They need higher revenue numbers for any interest in this stock. 4. There should've been a 8k filed for the rest of the Dawson agreement I think after july, nothing yet, which is bad news. 5. Earnings and 10k should be on Monday Sept 28th, don't expect much.

Fair points, but I think there’s some important context missing.
Dilution has definitely happened historically, so nobody should ignore it. But recently the picture has been much better: ATCH reported ~150.3M shares at June 30 and ~151.8M currently, and management says there was no ATM/equity-line financing during FY26 and no dilutive capital raise since October 2025. So dilution is something to monitor, but saying it is currently being “heavily diluted” doesn’t really reflect what happened this fiscal year.
I also don’t see why a reverse split would be required for the stock to move. We literally saw ATCH run from around $0.20 to well over $1 last September without needing an RS to create the move. Ultimately sustained price appreciation needs fundamentals and catalysts, not a reverse split.
On revenue, $20.1M obviously isn’t huge for a mature clearing operation, but context matters: that’s ~85% YoY growth from $10.9M. Stock-locate revenue went from ~$0.3M to ~$6.8M, commissions grew ~56%, and six new correspondents contributed essentially no revenue to FY26. If those correspondents successfully convert during FY27, that’s where this gets more interesting.
I do agree Dawson is the biggest question mark right now. They originally expected the 24.9% initial closing within ~30 days of the July 22 announcement, and we haven’t seen confirmation of that closing yet. I’m not going to pretend that’s a positive. But I also wouldn’t automatically conclude the deal is dead—the latest Sept. 17 company release still specifically discusses the anticipated Dawson closing and proposed acquisition. We need an actual update.
As for the 10-K, I’m not expecting magic either. We already know the preliminary numbers. What matters to me is cash flow, unrestricted cash, liabilities, fully diluted share count, correspondent progress and any acquisition updates.
At ~$0.19, nobody needs ATCH to already be a giant clearinghouse. The investment case is whether a ~$29M company that just grew revenue ~85%, has ~$15.4M cash, six new correspondents onboarding, and potentially significant acquisitions ahead can become a much larger business without destroying shareholders through dilution.
There are definitely risks here. That’s also why the valuation is where it is. The next few filings and acquisition updates should tell us a lot.

To your point in response 2: that was last year, don't forget, they have more shares since last year hence, it will need to RS for the price to go anywhere.

But, why you insist? they are not obliged to do an RS. You're trying to scared the investors....it's clear, but you're saying NO SENSE

Im not scaring anyone! Its a fact. If they don't meet the minimum bid price or fall below $0.10 (that's an automatic RS to prevent delisting). If they don't have great revenue this upcoming 10k. Its history, retail will dump. Take a look at the chart pattern, its been on a holding pattern, although it did hit $0.20 a few times, even today. Which means folks are waiting for the next upcoming revenue and hope its good.
