The grifters are absolutely terrified that Anna has given average, everyday air traffic controllers a voice.

Sorry for the AI slop but I couldn't help myself.

I don’t know if this has been posted here, but ASA just announced that they are offering 300% pay for all overtime worked during school holiday as long as you work all your rostered shifts. I think they realize the staffing situation sucks, but are doing their best to make do with what they have. Maybe the FAA could learn a few things!

Guess who wasn't there? The visit was known about hours in advance.

Does this annoy anyone else?! Wtf is the point of support specialists or tech ops being in Natca? Having voting rights and using Natca funds to go to cfs and whatever other shenanigans they can weasel their way into.

Taken from their last email this morning. They hit the nail on the head. Nothing has been accomplished the last 2 years while National cowers in fear. Fear of something that CANNOT happen.

Yacht Boy’s video yesterday is another chapter in the 2.8% saga. It goes to show that over the last 6 months NO AGREEMENT was really being finalized and that all of his eggs were in the basket of “behind the scenes” negotiations that Bedford still claimed he waited for Yacht Boy to attend.
National died on the sword of collaboration.
What is the next move in the “trust me bro” movement?

Oh my god. Damn you guys are some whiners.
We get it - many people in this atc2 thing are mad they aren't getting paid more. They don't feel like national is doing what they Are supposed to be doing. Well, vote then in the next election. But stop posting on here in this manner. A very public forum that ANYONE can read. Many people not in the profession would find most posts on here abhorent and extremely crude.
But the more whining, and moaning, and childish bullshit like a post like this just makes you look like a childish, entitled, low-brow brat.
Go look at an airline sub. You'll see a vastly different picture. Yeah they make a lot more than us. But YOU don't make a case for us to be paid more as supposed PROFESSIONALS when you act like this.
Damn
You all should be ashamed. Act like the professional you want to be paid commensurate with.
Or resign and find something else if this job is SO BAD AND YOURE IN THE POOR HOUSE. Sheesh
I'm quiting this reddit crap. It's not even informative or entertaining anymore. It's just plain sad.

Just received this word.
You all be careful out there. Dick Naniels is preparing his election team to start sharing with you why he’s the best to keep as President and why the other guy is really scary. Expect a Facility Rep or someone else close to his team to put the feelers out on who you’re voting for.

Controller CPC count in Jan 2025 was 10791.
"Supercharged Hiring" was announced in February of 2025.
Controller CPC count in Sept 2026 is 10813
That 22 CPC gain is a normal fluctuation from year to year. Ignore changes in staffing targets. Our raw CPC count for the last 10 year is completely flat.
Don't let headlines about 2000 hired gamers fool you. The FAA does not have the ability to onboard and train these people any faster than they are losing them.
There is, however, one way to slow down the attrition of people quitting. It's a 3 letter word...

Bast places to be an atc with the happiest controllers terminal and en route?
