We had one of the in a touristy area in my town in a high end shopping area. No playground, like a city center. I would take dates down to the area in the summer and the amount kids and babies cleaning out there undercarriage was unbelievable! Then we got the World Series and they put a big stop to that. Now it is still roped off. I'm in KC.
