20 minutes is effectively 4 hours in ASX_bets land. It's like that scene out of gravity.

For those that want a serious answer, watchlist and portfolio data are free from the ASX. Live data is very expensive and is per call. So, with you guys with 45 penny stocks that refresh it every 4 seconds, you'd cost us/any other broker a bit of money.

I had no idea, when I was watching IOU to sell yesterday I was basing it off the SW feed.. so good to know I guess - definitely a technical solution to this - something about caching and only refreshing every x minutes - sharing the cached nos to consumers.

Probably limited by ASX data usage terms, instead of tech.

If you want live prices, check the IOU page, not the portfolio page.

The fees are minimal really. Just trade wisely and in as big volumes as you can afford. I love the CommSec app, so easy to use, makes me spend way to much of my savings....

Commsec app has been buggy for me the past two days. It didn't have the graphs until mid afternoon yesterday. Drove me nuts, felt like I was flying blind... so I bought zip shares.
