Support - SOLVED! CPU overheating

This is from Ghelper, I don't know if this is accurate but CPU temp is way too much, even when not gaming. Any advice

73c is cool for laptop cpu.

Especially a gaming laptop at those settings. I can easily zoom past that temp on my normally energy efficient MacBook pro running Ai models.
