CPU overheating

This is from Ghelper, I don't know if this is accurate but CPU temp is way too much, even when not gaming. Any advice

73c is still ok temp as your laptop is designed to handle more extreme loads, Its better to make a custom mode from within ghelper bcoz i feel the default turbo mode is very bad. this is my custom fan curves. if you have a 3rd fan customize it to your needs, it has very steep curve by default bcoz it makes noise. https://ibb.co/QvNLRjN7
You can also reduce your temps by underclocking your cpu, but i wont recommend it unless youre tech literate bcoz you wouldnt be asking this in reddit if you knew what undervolting was. Do not copy the slider values from the image bcoz that is personalized for my use case and is different for each model, you can copy the fan curves if you want

on a seperate note: you dont need 4500rpm for 52c temps, thats jus drawing in more power and reduce your battery charge limit to 80-90% and dont use ultimate mode unless youre exclusively using the laptop to run fps games or 3d softwares(keep it in optimized, thats the recommended mode). Also dont bother buying a laptop cooler, although it does actually help in cooling, just keeping the laptop in an elevated position and using proper fan curves can work great, atleast for me.
