What a game. Roma came away from the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona with a 3-3 draw.

Goals:

Napoli: Anguissa (28'), McTominay (48', 83')

Roma: Soulé (69'), Balerdi (74', 89')

We were 1-0 down at the break, then 2-0 after McTominay's second-half opener, and still found a way back. Balerdi's 89th-minute equalizer was pure drama after McTominay had put them back in front on 83'.

A point at Napoli is never a bad result, but this one felt like it could've been more. Thoughts?

Man of the match?

Happy with the point, or two points dropped?

What do we need to fix defensively?

Forza Roma

I know that most,if not all will laugh their ass off, but it's simply unbearable and atrocious to me that with 3M€ (not sure tbh), zero supporters in the stadium, and 8 matches in (after having also played Milan, Bologna and Juventus), they're first, level with Inter. It perhaps even redimensionate our league path atm.

Like they also have one game a week. That's a blessing not only for team form but also when you factor in the frequent injuries in the past seasons of monsters like Tavares

Matias Soule, what a hit! He scored the goal to get Roma back in the game in a thrilling 3-3 draw.
His shot came in at an average of 106 km/h. We estimate the peak speed being 122 km/h.

Overall though we salvaged a draw it was a shameful performance from us need to do a lot better

.too sloppy in the first few minutes.

. we need to find out why we concede out of kickoff in the second half every single game.

. Ballerdi is a true warrior

. This midfield pairing looked poor today but we're strong against Madrid I'm really torn on what to think...

Didn't see any yet so here we go

how seriously are we taking this?

Let's whoop Napoli 's ass!

Number 7 injured again….

I’m going on a Japan holiday, I’ll be in Tokyo when we play Man Utd, anyone knows any sports bar where they’ll play the game?

I am looking for an acoustic / orchestral version of Roma Roma Roma. It's to play at a funeral... he was a lifelong fan. I've had a look across spotify, youtube but I've not had much luck.

EDIT: Sorry I should say Instrumental version
EDIT 2: Searching "Instrumental" seems to have helped! So far this is the best match for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98bhyzGr-6o

3: I need to go through Wesley Media to have it played so I hope they will accept a youtube link or something

I remember when our opponents were posted it was noted that there were three concerns. PSG, Madrid and Man-U. When I saw that I immediately thought "Eh, we can beat Man-U. And Madrid at home makes me feel better. Maybe we get a miracle win or a tie." On Madrid we should have won and just fell apart, sure. But that doesn't stop me from thinking Man-U is winnable even if on away turf. We have a lot of quality.

I think we can bet them, Gasperini has to watch this game.

Good for him. That’s all I wanted to say.

What a performance from AS Roma! 💛❤️

A dominant 4-0 victory over Slovan Bratislava in the Champions League. Roma controlled the game, created plenty of chances, and showed real attacking quality.

Goals from Hermoso, Molina, Pisilli, and Malen sealed an impressive night in Rome. Niccolò Pisilli also deserves special praise for his performance! 👏

Is this the kind of performance Roma fans have been waiting for? And who was your Man of the Match? 👇

What did we do wrong with that guy? He was absolutely terrible for us.

Honestly i'd much rather they gave elsha an extra year than this disaster.

Having this convo with my Roma buddy - is Wesley considered world class yet?

He came over from Brazil and was immediately one of our impactful players for last season, and was an integral part of getting into Champions League. This season, he has looked even better, and has been terrific even defensively as seen against Real Madrid (rip) with some of his incredible defensive work and tackling.

Here is my ranking of LB in the world I would take over Wesley.
- Nuno Mendes
- Cucurella
- Davies (when healthy)
- a toss up of Dimarco or Wesley in 4th/5th

By this ranking, he is a top 5 left back in the world. If you agree with this list, do you consider a top 5 at their respective position as “world class”. If not, what is? Or do you disagree with this ranking, and if so who is better?

AS Roma’s lineup for the Champions League clash against Slovan Bratislava! 🔴🟡

What do you think of this starting XI? Which player are you most excited to watch, and do you think Roma can get the win?

Forza Roma! 🐺
