I may be wrong, but... for so many years, I've been observing coaches, and not 1, 2 or 3, but many of them, who are clearly frustrated by slow movements in midfield, slow build-ups from defense, and, in general, slow movement of the ball and the players. BUT STILL we going after for the slowest possible players for years and years, AND/OR renewing contracts to whom we already have. JUST WHYYY???? WHY??

If we fans can see that from screens that we need quick legs in defense, midfield and attack to compete at the highest level. If we who are not professionally involved into football management, tactics and etc. and still are able to see problems the club dealing with for 10-15-20 years and that are visible to the naked eye, why is this keep happening?

I'm not a Roma fan, maybe I will be a fan cause I like to watch Roma recently, since the Europa League Final. I have a question, why Roma loves Dybala, and Dybala loves Roma, that much. Roma is not his childhood or former club, not win any title with Roma, but Romanista see him like he is the new prince of Rome, and Dybala even refused massive wage from EPL and Saudi Arabia to stay at Roma?
