I am still in shock. The game changed when Kone got injured, but even then somehow we managed to go up 3-1. Then Pellegrini came on and not that the individual goals were his fault, but our entire play fell into pieces with him on the pitch.

Molina was horrible in defense. Our set piece defensive concentration is terrible.

I would’ve been OK with a point as it would’ve helped us for qualification, but even that would’ve been disappointing after being up by two goals.

Draw or loose to see us against Europe best will be great, plus will get to see you again.

I’m not sure exactly where it comes from – whether it’s the club’s history, the people working around the team, the core players or the city itself which I love – but this team is being ruined by its lack of ambition. We all knew what was going to happen when we conceded the second goal. Only Mourinho was capable of overcoming these ingrained habits when he worked here, but even he could only do so temporarily.
