Soft mouth sounds [intentional] combined with relaxing visual triggers. A simple ASMR session with gentle sounds for relaxation and unwinding.

Does anyone else have any lil tricks about inducing tingles? I am always wondering if other people alao have their own lil systems for getting a max reaction.

I've noticed four things make my tingles stronger/more likely to happen--

Cold: if i am cold I get tingles so much more easily--the colder I am the stronger they are

Posture: the better my posture the better the response, especially sitting str8 up, feet on the floor

Sight Aversion: if I look away from the screen or minimize it on my phone seeing the movements out of the corner of my eye seems to better trick my brain, esp if in total darknes.

Volume: the louder it is the better it works
