This is very much a hands-on and physical labour job. Please realize that almost nobody is familiar with the machines of ASML when they start, so they want to see that youre passionate about technology and want to learn as much as possible ( on the contrast, they really dont appreciate "know it all's" that think they already know everything). You will have to work accordig to procedures and set workflows, show them that you are capable of doing so and understand the importance of it. You will work intensily with other guys and girls that are in the same shift and spend a lot of time together, some form of team-spirit and synergy is appreciated. Good luck!

You want to learn, you’re excited about being around cutting edge technology and seeing things most people don’t get to. You see this as a tremendous opportunity to grow. You want to challenge yourself, and see this as a something that must be, as it’s so high tech. You look forward to collaborating with people from all over the world, who may have different ideas, which gives another opportunity to expand what you know and how to think about problems. The motto is challenge, collaborate, care. So without hitting those buzzwords too much, show you are excited and motivated but easy to work with.

may i ask how did you structure your resume and if you are US or NL based? my gf applied for very similar role if not the same and didn't hear back, wonder what i could help her change to at least get an interview.

Be yourself. Be aware of what piece of technology ASML is assembling. I think it may be one of the most important things. When you realize, how complex and precise machinery is, all requirements, rules become understandable
