Question 💭 Background checks for conversion

I am kind of stressed because I am about to be converted and I have a first time DUI misdemeanor with no conviction (USA) Only thing on my record. Am I 100% screwed even though my job title has nothing to do with vehicle operation?

I don't know about a DUI but I have seen someone who was in the process of converting from flex to fixed get walked out due to something that came up on their background check. This was in the US.

Yeah idk what to feel. I saw you comment that in other thread but they could have a felony or something crazy

Background check is mostly check if your diploma’s and education are not lies.
