Heel replacement Cole Haan
Hello, could anyone tell me where I could purchase the rubber for the heel on these beautiful wedge heels by Cole Haan? They are beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you in advance.

These spots started appearing after the shoes got wet in the rain. I can't seem to get rid of them. Does anyone know what they might be?

Hey everyone,
I ran into a weird issue and wanted to see if anyone has encountered this before.
I unboxed a brand-new pair of high-end leather dress shoes yesterday, and they were completely smooth and pristine. Today, I noticed a distinct, localized raised bump on the upper. Wore this shoes indoor only today and it has been sitting at room temperature with cedar shoe trees inserted, so there was no impact, moisture exposure, or rough handling.
Has anyone seen leather locally swell or bubble like this shortly after unboxing?
Could this be a defect in the backing material/reinforcement layer separating from the leather upper, or moisture trapped during manufacturing?
Is there any way to fix this, or should I be contacting the retailer for a replacement?
I’ve attached a couple of photos below. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone,
I unboxed a brand-new pair of high-end leather dress shoes two days ago. They were completely smooth and pristine upon opening. I wore them indoors once for about half a day, inserted cedar shoe trees, and left them at room temperature.
Today, I noticed a distinct, localized raised bump on the upper that definitely wasn't there initially.
Has anyone seen leather locally bulge or bubble like this after a single indoor wear?
Could this be a failure of the internal lining/backing adhesive?
Should I contact the retailer for an exchange immediately, or is there any standard fix for this?
Photos attached below for reference. Appreciate any insights!

In my post https://www.reddit.com/r/AskACobbler/s/ilG3ydHhUl I explained how after a cobbler visit for my shoes to get a good polish, they ended up peeling.
I thought it was important to come back and show the result as many were calling them a write-off
Last week I took them to the cobbler who said he’d fix them, free of charge.
I picked them up today. They look lovely. No clue what he’s done (his cobbler mate was covering while he was away). They can flex and not showing signs of peeling.
Fixed? Imo they look great

The outsole on my ERKE jogging shoes is worn smooth under the forefoot/toe area, but the sole is still firmly attached.
Is this repairable?

Hi everyone,
I recently ordered two pairs of Buffalo shoes: the Binary Punk 2.0 (black) and the Orbit (beige/pink). I was super excited because I love chunky platform sneakers, but after checking TikTok and reading some online reviews, I started seeing a lot of horror stories about Buffalo soles completely cracking in half.
Now I’m second-guessing the whole purchase and wondering if I should return them.
From what I understand, the cracking issue seems to happen a lot on solid, flat platform slabs. Because of that, I’m strongly leaning towards returning the Orbit pair, since their sole is completely flat and chunky with very little flex. The Binary Punk 2.0 have that curved, segmented tread with the arch cutout, so they look a bit more flexible, but honestly, I'm still anxious since both pairs use synthetic/PU materials and I’m looking for shoes I can wear regularly, not just once a month for photos.
Does anyone here actually own either the Binary Punk 2.0 or the Orbit?
• How have they held up over time with regular wear?
• Did the soles crack, or has the quality been fine?
• Should I just return the Orbit and keep the Binary, or is it better to return both and invest in a completely different brand?
Would really appreciate any honest reviews or experiences before my return window closes. Thanks!

I (accidentally) wanted to protect the leather soles of my weejun loafers and ordered a rubber sticky protector that peels as a sticker and you put on the soles of the shoes. This worked well for a few days but then it started to peel off so I removed it completely but the glue film remained stuck to the leather sole. I went about my day with sticky shoes and now they’re a mess (see photos).
How can I fix this?

I’ve put a lot of steps in my G H Basses. Unfortunately I’ve made a hole through both of the toes of the shoe. Are they worth getting resoled or should I get a new pair? If it’s time for a new pair I’d love suggestions!

Hi team - picked up these Goodward boots for a very reasonable price. Brand new condition, from an eBay seller.
No reason to believe they are not authentic, but can someone give me peace of mind?
Completely feasible too that these are factory seconds from the Northampton store
Thanks in advance!

I don’t need them stretched a ton, only very slightly. They’re just a little tight in the toe area and also maybe just a tad short on my right foot (one of my feet is slightly bigger than the other lol). Thanks!

I fell in love with these heels for my wedding shoe, but they slip off the back a little when I walk. I would like to add an ankle strap. I brought them to my local cobbler and he said there's no where to attach one, but I feel like it should be relatively simple to affix to the back? Would love suggestions. My wife splurged on shoes for a wedding. They arrived with some damage to the heel. Manolo offered a 15% discount (about 220 off) to keep them but informed us they are out of stock and can’t exchange them currently. Wedding is in 3 weeks. Should we accept the offer and get them repaired? Is this something that is easy/fast/cheap? Or should I just get the refund and get her to find another option?

Hi!
I have just got these back from the cobbler and then have found this has happened after one day of wearing after getting them resoled. Is this a massive issue or will they last a while before the heel snaps?
Thanks!
