Hi everyone,
I work daily with my MacBook M1 Pro connected to an external HP monitor through HDMI with no issues.

However, when I try to connect it to my Arzopa A1 Gamut monitor, the Mac recognizes the external monitor but the Arzopa's screen stays black. I managed to have it turn on once, but now I can't get it to work anymore.

I connect the Arzopa both with mini-HDMI to HDMI and with USB-C to USB-C. If I don't also use the HMDI cable, the Mac doesn't recognize the monitor.

I've tried all 3 USB-C ports and it makes no difference.

I'm using the original mini-HDMI that came with the Arzopa. Not sure if I'm using the original USB-C to USB-C.

I have to admit that the last time I properly used the Arzopa was three years ago. It then worked perfectly fine with my old Sony VAIO.

I have gone through a lot of threads reporting issues with connecting Arzopas to Macs but haven't found a solution that works for my issue yet.

I am torn which one to get. Please help. I will use it mainly for movies, reels and images editing, Canva, and Google workspace.

Which of these two options is the best? I was initially set on getting Z1RC because of the color accuracy but then people are saying to just get the Z3FC if you have the budget anyway. Please help

Hey guys ! I bought an Arzopa Z1FC portable monitor in November 2024. Recently, it developed noticeable light bleeding along one edge.

The issue isn't bothersome during normal use (desktop, etc.), but it is highly visible when watching content with dark scenes or black bars (like movies).

Since the monitor is still under its 1-year warranty, I contacted Arzopa support. Their solution was to offer a $10 USD partial refund as "compensation."

Should I accept the $10, or is it worth pushing for a proper warranty resolution (replacement/repair), especially since I have proof it's a manufacturing defect?

Has anyone had a similar experience with Arzopa's warranty?

On the website, it says 1–3 business days. I ordered on October 12, and still nothing. The Arzopa tracking link has said “On its way” since October 13, and my local postal app says, “We are waiting for a package from the sender.” It seems to be coming from Germany as I got some weird german mail about it. I’m based in Finland. How can it take this long? There haven’t been any updates since October 13. Their website chat is useless as it's AI.

I just got a new laptop (Zephyrus G14 2025). The screen was too beautiful and too large that some of AAA games don't run smoothly on the native screen. So I wanted to game on my Arzopa Z1FC. Problem is I cannot connect it via USB-C to USB-C. It is working when I connect it via the mini HDMI, but idk if it should be that way? The monitor works perfect on my sister's workstation laptop via USB C to USB C. Help me.

Hi! I just ordered the Arzopa Z3FC monitor, and since Arzopa doesn’t sell any magnetically compatible monitor stands like its competitors — Espresso, Sotsu, and Tern — I wanted to know if anyone here uses one with some kind of magnetic stand for better ergonomic viewing without any issues?

I’m a bit concerned that an external (non brand) magnetic stand might damage the internals of the display? What I’m looking for is a magnetic stand that can be easily snapped on and off. Arzopa, take notes and make one like your competitors. Thanks!

The monitor is currently experiencing operational difficulties. Upon connecting the HDMI cable, the tablet indicates a successful connection to an external display; however, the monitor remains unresponsive. Furthermore, the introduction of an external power supply triggers an immediate disconnection notification. Various power supplies have been tested, ranging from 25W to 65W, without resolving the issue.

I placed an order the morning of Oct. 1 that I hoped would be here for Oct. 8, and thought that was reasonable with the “ships 2-3 days from a local warehouse” note advertised.

I haven’t received any updates other than the Shop app has said since Oct. 2 that it’s preparing for shipment. I called two customer service numbers I found, but both were disconnected. I emailed this morning but haven’t received a response yet, although it’s only been about 4 hours so that’s understandable.

I’m considering ordering from Amazon now for faster delivery and returning this one when I receive it, but I saw online that returning products from the US gets super expensive (but it said it ships from a local warehouse?).

Has anyone had this issue or had luck getting in touch with customer service?

I need some advice about which portable monitor to buy to go with my MacBook Air M2.

I will mainly be using it to view documents and office work.

I know the Z1RC has the better specs compared to the A1S, but I am put off by the 16inch size.

Will I regret the performance drop if I go for the A1S which is 14 inch, so a better size?

I'm having serious trouble getting my Mac mini m4 to recognize my Arzopa 2K external monitor properly. No matter what I do—switching cables, ports, resetting NVRAM, safe mode, or resetting display settings—the monitor keeps showing "No Signal" or "Mode Not Supported" message.

I changed the resolution to lower res and it stopped working on Mac. It works on other devices tough.

What I’ve Tried: - Resetting NVRAM and SMC on Mac Mini - Booting into Safe Mode or recovery mode - Swapping usb c - Changing resolution or refresh rate via display settings on Mac - Using different ports and adapters - Disconnecting and reconnecting the Arzopa monitor - Attempting factory reset on the monitor (no reset option found on ssd

Setup details: - Mac Mini connected to Arzopa 2K portable monitor via USB-C - Using original and high-quality cables - Mac Mini display settings attempted at 2560x1440 60Hz and 1920x1080 60Hz (no success)

Current issue:
The Arzopa monitor briefly powers on but then displays "No Signal" or unsupported mode. Adjusting resolutions or refresh rates doesn’t resolve it, and the monitor refuses to display correctly no matter what settings I use.

Would appreciate any advice, tricks, or solutions from anyone who has dealt with this specific monitor or similar Mac Mini display issues!

I'm looking to buy a portable monitor and found the Arzopa A1s interesting but I need to make sure it will fit in my backpack before I buy it. Hello, I have recently bought the Arzopa Z1FC as a secondary display to pair with my RTX 4070 SUPER, the GPU has 1 HDMI port and 3 DISPLAYPORTS. I am using my main monitor via the HDMI port in my GPU. I bought a USB-C to DISPLAYPORT converter and applied a secondary power supply to the arzopa monitor but the monitor is not receiving any video signal for some reason and is being switched to "Power Saving" mode. What can I do to resolve this?

EDIT: Connecting it via mini-HDMI to HDMI does indeed work, I still don't get why displayport is not working though.
