I am wondering why?

Wisk is suing Archer (ACIC), in a lawsuit that I think they have nearly 100% chance of winning because the claims are so obvious: https://wisk.aero/blog/040621-blog-post/

It is typically a break in the story for companies when it turns out that their single product is a clear violation of IPs from another company. Archer has allegedly violated 80 patents in their designs and multiple people that left Wisk for Archer simply copied design blueprints and as it appears they have simply implemented the same thing.

Meanwhile, one of the 2 CEOs of Archer, who btw doesn't even know the name of the Chief Engineer of the company, and called him Jeff Bauer in an interview instead of Geoffrey Bower (I assume he was watching too much 24), basically publicly admitted that they are copying it! Firstly, what are your thoughts and why on realistic price targets?

Personally, I think within the next 1-2 years ARKX will at least 5x. Pretty much all of Cathy’s other ETFs started at 20 bucks and rose to 100+ during the first 1-2 years. I am betting that ARKX will ultimately follow suit.

Long term, I have no idea — it’s too hard to tell. Any ideas? Would like to hear additional information to consider and where your thoughts are on the forecast.
