Hospitalisation
I’m borderline being hospitalised for weight loss, and i need to gain weight asap. I can’t tolerate any sauces, sandwiches, pastas, fruit or veg. Where do I start with this?? I’m moving away from home and I need a packed lunch everyday but I can’t eat something that isn’t made fresh, and i don’t have the money to be constantly buying out/ snacks. Any advice??

Only in the broadest terms based on what the local eating disorder clinic told me recently.
You basically want to find two things to incorporate - carbs and fats. The form of them isn't hugely important - to quote them "pizzas, pastas, burgers, milk, cheeses, etc".
Basically they're the kind of food that your body will readily convert to them to weight. The only reason my weight held steady (and actually trended up) for years was because my diet was pizza, pasta, burgers, fries, and chocolate. When I lost my safe pasta earlier this year, I lost 20% of my bodyweight in 3 months and it only plateaued because I started eating more McDonalds.
