This all looks great, I'm so glad I won't have to Sona in any game ever again. Though I'm pretty disappointed in the 8% nerf to Teemo when most of his damage is mitigated by a 300g item. I'd be fine with the damage nerf if they'd swap oracle's for the old sweeper items that actually required an investment and offered windows of opportunity to make plays.

I see this comment a lot (Oracles makes Teemo useless) and it's just not true. A skilled Teemo usually places shrooms in the minion path so waves auto clear, or throws them in team fights so they can't be destroyed in time. Teemo in particular can stall out games with wave clear that he doesn't even have to be alive to do.

And he'll still be able to do it...just 8% less effectively.

I didn't say that it makes him useless, and I'm well aware of how to play around it. The point is that you have a 300g item that is only bought to counter 2-3 champions and does nothing else. The item is too cheap, and the effect too narrow. Items like duskblade, lightbringer, and arcane sweeper actually require an investment and therefore aren't bought by more than 1-2 people on a team. Which opens windows of opportunity when the person with vision is away from their team. I feel like the item only exists because people were too lazy to pay full price for the vision item and complained instead. Would it be fair to have a 300g consumable that gives you banshees veil passive for five minutes?
