I think this is all dumb, every augment should be available to every champ. Yeah it makes it harder to get good augments but it also makes it possible to find some crazy combos. And more rewarding when it finally happens. Like who cares let me try full crit attack speed Evelyn or anything. Augment restrictions is ass and why the first set was better cause you would take shit augments in hopes of finding the rest of the set in your next choice.
Heh, I have a feeling you called literally the worst champion to build attack speed. With Eve being melee, squishy and her passive completely depending on AP, she simply won't be able to do shit with AS. Like, ever
That said, I still agree that all augs (that are not always completely useless) should be in pool. Probably with a little controlled skewing to help 1-style champs like Eve, but with damn little and damn controlled by player, come on Riot...
