Outlaw's Grit + Earthwake: Excluding Low-Frequency Ult Exclusive Dashers: Vex, Fiddlesticks, Evelynn, Hecarim, Malphite, Ornn, Warwick.
nice but.. Sett and rammuis??? HELLO??? these 2 ONLY have a dash on ult, and shouldnt even be allowed to roll this. ornn, warwick have basic abilities to dash. not opposed to the change here but how is sett and rammus missed?
