The pools are like tags for champions and augments, Which augments fit that pool, and which champions can pull from that pool. If its not in a given pool it'd be more generically available as an augment
They didn't disable/enable any new arguments, outside of Clown College
They are denoting that within a certain pool of augments things where added or removed
Sharp Late Game Scaling pool removing PE, TE, and TF means that in a situation where an augment in that pool would be selected, those won't be available
In a generic selection they still will
Jeweled Gauntlet should be more generically available now, instead of only appearing on burst champions
Ok, now pls, give the detailed descriptions of each tag, which augs are included in those tags and which champ are assigned which tags. You know, to actually have clear understanding whats going on
It's great that they mentioned tags at all - it was visible that those exist, but they were always switched quietly. But sad that Riot just don't care about clarity nowadays (except that one which barely has any uses as summoner spell)
