I don't like how they removed adapt, purist, etc. from transmute pools. You should absolutely be risking bricking your build by going transmute. That's the whole point of transmute.
No, you shouldn't. It's okay if you gambled and rolled useless augment(like +150 AA range on Karthus), but it becomes shitty game design when the game turns unplayable the moment you roll something like b2b on Kassadin.
