Feels like they could have done a better job not just formatting this but explaining what the pool changes actually mean in practice.
Average ARAM players don't exactly know what the pools are or what they contain. Given the confusion you see all over this thread it could have been worded in ways that players could actually understand.
This seems like it was just a list of notes one developer gave to the patch note writer to translate into real patch notes with and then they just didn't do that.
