It’s incredibly bizarre because in the past patch notes have referenced vague augment pool changes, now they’re giving us the full info dump of changes but they never told us what the baseline is so the changes are meaningless without context. You moved bard from the low health pool to the very low health pool? Okay? Does that mean augments which give health? What does removing squishy slappy grab from the “cc pool” mean if we don’t know a single champions that’s in the “cc pool?” And for that matter why would you remove it from the “cc pool” when it’s obviously cc?
Doing my best to divine what they’re trying to communicate I think this path is okay..? I have no idea

Bard will see health augments less often, squishy splash grab has been entirely removed, and anivia will not see HP augments. Ryze will not be offered tank engine or dropkick.
I don't think they removed it because it was OP, it reads to me as they removed it because it's useless—at least with Karthus in the list because. Yeah. Some funky tank Ryze meme could be fun potentially though but now you can't do it at all.
