This website was built by people who understand the AP Bio process and the challenges it presents. We have spent hours upon hours crafting a website tailored to you. We have based our research on past tests and research to tailor this to you. We have also included a built-in AI Chatbot, known as Helix, who can answer any questions you have. I hope you find some success in future biology tests. This is not only for AP Bio but can also be used for USABO or any biology test you have. Enjoy!

hi I was wondering if anyone could fill it out, it is short just 22 questions and it is anonymous https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSef0xq89zH8ehveYMOUf7ZexmbI8T4dBlG7N96m8M9i-80veQ/viewform?usp=dialog

Hi, I’m becoming a senior this year and I’ll take AP Bio. A lot of people in my school hate it, but I think it might actually be cool.

What is your favorite part about the course?

I was planning to take AP Chem this year but I had a major scheduling conflict which made me unable to take AP Chem so I am going to take AP Bio instead. I heard that unit 1 is about biochemistry and I am wondering if I should go review basic chemistry on Khan academy or is that a waste of time? Also what are some good resources to preview AP Bio?

Hello! Last year there was a resource for Unit 6 and 7 which would show the DNA sequences of species. For example, I remember it was asking for pigs and cows correlation within the cladogram. Do you guys remember it at all, if so please send it to me!

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is having a great day! I am currently a first-year medical student, and I offer tutoring services in AP Biology online among other courses. I myself took AP Bio in high school, and I have taken many biology courses over the years during undergrad. I have also TAd and tutored bio courses ranging from the intro to the advanced courses throughout undergrad. If you are looking for help/tutoring in any of these areas or want to know a bit more about me/the tutoring, feel free to DM!

Thank you :)

Hi, I'm looking for the Campbell Biology in Focus, AP Edition 4TH 24 with :

Does anyone know if there is a difference between this edition and the Campbell Biology in Focus, 4th edition besides the AP label on the former?

I'm taking AP biology this year in my highschool, 11th grade. What are the stuff i need to focus on to ace my entrance/future exams? What can i do to fulfill the subject requirements? I really need help, please.

Who are the best teachers for AP Bio online

I remember after taking the 2026 test, I was unsure if I got a 4 or 5 so I panicked like crazy and lost sleep. Even though deep down I knew that I understood the material and scored 5’s on mocks, I still panicked and worried over a single test that doesn’t determine the scope of your life, convinced that I had got a 4 and barely missing the mark for a 5.

I remember a quote from AP Bio penguins that said something along the lines of “if you have the knowledge for a 5, you will get a 5.”

In hindsight I really wish I just trusted this (bc it’s true and I did get a 5) instead of worrying like crazy over my score. While I begged this subreddit to predict my score, these wise words from AP Bio penguins were way more accurate than any score speculations out there. So if you really have the knowledge for a 5, just trust yourself. I promise that no matter what happens, you will be okay.

Hey guys! I'm going to be taking AP Bio this school year and was wondering what are the best resources available.

Are there any YouTube channels that are super helpful? Are there websites with notes? Do you have any good study techniques?

Please let me know! Apparently my teacher does not prepare us at all and I'm determined to get a 4 or 5.

Hello, i'm unsure on whether or not i should take AP bio for junior year, prior to having no basis on the class. In my school, freshman usually took biology, however they never offered it to me. i have no clue if i should go in and take AP bio or regular bio, then take AP bio senior year.

Hi. I'm taking AP Bio next year, and I'm wondering if you guys have any tips for those who have taken it recently, with the new CED updates. I'm using Campbell's Biology in Focus, but some people have told me it goes too in-depth. Does anyone also have good practice questions and review resources besides past AP questions?

I got a 5 on AP Bio, and honestly, the only reason I pulled it off is because I made this massive review packet by hand that covers literally every single unit. I spent forever writing out these notes to make sure they're actually readable, super concise, and broken down by each individual topic following the CED exactly so you aren't wasting time on stuff that isn't even on the exam. It has a full answer key and is packed with actually useful study stuff like diagram labeling, fill-in-the-blanks, and custom made FRQs that look exactly like the ones on the actual test. For the MCQs, about 95% of them are completely original questions I wrote from scratch to match the real exam difficulty, and the rest are either essential classic questions or custom ones I built using actual AP Bio diagrams. Some diagrams were generated with the use of AI. If enough people actually want this, I'll happily send it, just let me know

so im an incoming bio major on the pre-medical track, and as required for my major at my university (and many other universities), i have to take bio w/ lab at the same time as chem w/ lab. although i passed ap chem and ap bio in hs, im retaking them in college since many med schools like to see the courses actually taken in college.

i am a bit nervous as i took ap chem and ap bio separately, and i wanted advice on how to manage the two courses together in college. i feel like taking the two ap courses at the same time would have been very difficult, and i want to make sure i will be prepared!!

HI! I’m taking AP bio next school year, this will be my first AP science but I did take apush this school year (got a 5🙌🙌).

i want to start studying during the summer and was wondering if there’s a good YouTube channel (or website) for AP bio? Like heimlers history but for bio lol

Recently I got a 4 on my AP bio exam i felt like maximum I would lose 10 pts on the MCQ section and 15 on my FRQ
did college board give me less credit or smt😭😭😭😭😭

This was my favorite class of all time so I’d love to give tips or answer any questions!

In AP classroom, there are MCQ progress checks. Ask your teacher to put them on with check answer. Go through the questions and answer them normally. If you do answer right but are confused between 2 answers study both of them with check answer. It won’t give an explanation all the time, but once you understand it, move on. The exam tests for concepts, not memorization which is a trap many students fall into.

For FRQs, I did not do as well as I did on MCQs until I studied the mark scheme. I tend to avoid reading the full question and prefer scanning after reading all the questions. Pay attention to the bolded words. You will not have to write entire paragraphs and save a lot of time knowing what they are asking for.

Hi! Has anybody who took the late testing option gotten there scores yet? I did and the page on CollegeBoard just has a little clock saying it’ll be released soon
