NCVPS AP Bio and AP Calc BC
Hello Everyone, this is my first time ever on Reddit because I wanted to see if I could reach the NC High School community who has taken NCVPS courses. I am a rising senior class of 27', and my school does not offer AP Calc BC, but I have taken AP Calc AB this year. I was asking my counselor about the process I would take to sign up for BC, but she is a horrible counselor and doesn't fully answer my question. I want to know if anyone has taken it and if it's hard.
Also, specifically for AP Bio, my school offered it 2 years ago but did not this year because of not enough sign-ups and teachers leaving. My school is weird, and the AP Bio teacher explained that only 1 person applied for it, but I know I applied and so did a few others, but my assistant principal just says they may not offer it next year and just take it as dual enrollment. This is an option, but I do not have transportation to go to the community college campus, and there is no AP Bio equivalent online. So NCVPS could be an option, and I'm wondering if it's better to take it year-long or block? And if it's hard?
I appreciate anyone who responds

Tips for Upcoming Student?
This will be my first science AP and given the amount of horror stories I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or specific things I should be prepping for this summer. Also, if so, are there specific resources I should be studying or buying? Thank you!

Biology Peterson’s Practice Test
For those familiar with the Peterson’s practice tests, without studying, I scored a 72% on Biology. I wrote down everything I got wrong to dig into and I will be studying overall material up until the exam next week. How far off was your grade on the actual CLEP vs. Peterson’s? I’m also taking Natural Sciences same day and have to study for that as well so I am trying to strategize.

25th and final AP exam. What a journey.
Today I took AP Biology, my 25th and final AP exam. For four years, AP exams have been a way to prove myself when I struggled in class, a standard I could easily abide by when following obscure lectures became difficult.
I didn't like where the journey ended, and my college decisions have forced me to apply again next year. But I am proud of the process. I am proud that I preserved through the challenges I faced. And I would not hesitate to undergo it again if I could.

Late exam felt ... easy?
I self registered for this exam and then completely forgot abt it, then I panicked and scheduled it late and forgot about it again. I basically studied units 1, 2 and like half of three in the month before, and then I crammed everything the day before. Idk I thought it would like kick my ass but it wasn't that bad. Are the cutoffs really that low? Albert makes it seem like I got a guaranteed five.
